    Boneless Tilapia fillets pieces marinated in gram and corn flour with herbs, spices and carom seeds then cooked in a rich onion and tomato sauce. Garnished with red onions, ginger julienne and coriander.

    Spinach leaves sautéed slowly to finesse, cooked in a traditional way with fresh herbs and aromatic spices garnished with cream and Julian of ginger.

  • DAL TARKA - “DAAL FRY”

    Traditional yellow lentils, flavoured with garlic, juliennes of ginger, homemade garam masala, fresh coriander and a distinct hint of cumin seeds, and lemon juice.

  • PILAU RICE

    Basmati Rice cooked to perfection with a blend of whole dry Indian spices.

  • INDIAN CHAPATTI. (CG)

    Wholemeal Indian Bread cooked on a Pan to perfection.
